What payment plan options do I have?

You will have three payment plans for your booking.

– Full payment upfront

– Instalment plan; or

– Flexi-payment plan.

You will be asked which plan you prefer during your application call. If you do not select a plan during your application call, the default option will be the “Full payment upfront plan” detailed below.

How does each payment plan work?

Full payment upfront plan

You’ll pay the full cost of your booking (your deposit and the remaining balance of the program fee) in one payment to confirm your program. The payment is due within 48 hours of your acceptance onto the program.

Instalment plan

You have the option of either:

    • Splitting the full cost of your booking (your non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance of the program fee) over 2 months. You’ll pay 50% of the full cost of your booking during the first month and the remaining amount (50%) the following month. If you choose this option, there is no instalment fee; or
    • Paying the full cost of your booking over a period of up to 4 months. You’ll pay a non-refundable deposit upfront of  AUD795 to confirm your program and the remaining balance of your program fee, together with an instalment plan fee of 10% of your program fee, will be divided into equal installments due by the final day of each calendar month. Importantly, full payment of the program fee is due at least 3 calendar months prior to your program start date.

Flexi-payment plan

You’ll pay a non-refundable deposit of AUD795 upfront to confirm your program. The remaining balance of your program fee will be due 3 calendar months before your program start date on the final day of that month.

Choosing this payment plan incurs a fee of 15% of your program fee and this fee is charged upfront when you pay your deposit.

When are my payments due?

Payment is expected on one of three dates each month. The three options are the 15th, the 25th or the last day of each month. You as the participant choose which you prefer. If you do not choose a preferred date, then the 30th will be the default date for charges. On the due date your payment card will be charged automatically. If paying by electronic fund transfer then your payment will become due on the payment due date.

Failure to make payment on your due date may incur a late payment fee of AUD48. Should your payment not be received within 7 days of your payment due date, GVI reserves the right to cancel your program, without refund.

When paying by credit or debit card, your instalments are automatically deducted from the method of payment used to make your initial deposit payment. Should you wish to change the card being used for your installment payments please contact your Support Coordinator to update your records no later than 7 days prior to your payment due date.
